Dear School Board Member:
I am requesting that your current unchanging position be altered, so that bargaining can continue with the teachers. With the ending fund balance continuing to grow beyond the District's expectations, the teacher's requests are financially feasible. In order to attract and retain high quality experienced teachers for our children, Snohomish must work to offer the best compensation package in the area.
I would like you to schedule an open meeting immediately, to address parents and community members about the District's unwillingness to compromise.
